Objectives - At the end of the programme, participants will be able to: Reposition themselves as transformational leaders and be able to drive the execution of Stellenbosch University’s strategy and ambition; Focus on culture and empowerment to achieve extraordinary employee motivation; Create a workplace that encourages innovative thought through engagement, translating vision into action and meaningful conversations; Develop a Change Plan for their individual Departments that will challenge and stretch their teams; Manage the tension between Stellenbosch University’s aspirations and current contextual realities.
