Project Management: Principles & Practices (USB-ED)
The goal of this programme is to develop management skills based on internationally accepted principles of project management in the Southern African context. For that reason, several aspects of the PMBOK standards and PRINCE2® methodology are included.

Audience - The target group comprises staff (job grades 5-9) who are mostly, but not exclusively, involved with the management of projects.
Objectives - At the end of the programme, participants will be able to: Apply generic project management philosophy, principles and techniques that will enable them to analyze, plan, measure progress, control and report on, any project of any kind or size in any industry. Develop a project plan for application in a real life situation in their own work environment that includes all the operational processes for executing a project.
