
Supportive Supervision for Line Managers
Assist line managers in focusing on the identification and resolution of people management and behavioural conduct in the workplace. The workshop will further support supervisors with tools on how to refer staff to EWP and promote work ethics, teamwork, and enhanced two-way communication.
